Indonesin monkey (Lutung)

hi,,,
that's my new concept character....
a lutung (indonesin monkey) i was concepted that caracter as an astronout monkey, lutung from indonesian, he have a tiny small body because his travel to space is a long time... and he just eat a capsule suplement from his ship, i concepted his hand and finger are tiny to, my reason is this lutung has much year in ship to a space travel, and he work with keyboar computer alright, but the ship desain not done yet.. :( because today i still concepted to design the astronout suit.. :) and a lot work to, and i can abandone it, if i i did it, my boss my kill me actually... :))

but keep the spirit and keep posting.. cheer!!!

Focus on DIVISION

hi, all.... it's been a long time i ddidn't wrote some shit here....
but, today let me wrote something... it's about what i will do to focus it, perhaps.. :lol:
on this last week, i found a new link for online scool of animation, and they teach a people to be an animator and character buliding. :) so i think i'm not good on animation and i will chosse for focusing in character building, :D

well, i hope if focusing in that division i will got a better learn perhaps...
but hold on guys... i will still learn animation to, but perhaps just in little bit portion...

so let's learn together.. caouse i'm just a freakin junior amateur animator...
i'll glad to receive any comment and critic on my blog or my facebook maybe.. :)

yahooo.... the morping progress was done and let's start with controller...
but in the frist i will say thanks to muhammad fredo syahrul alam because i used his controller and in deep of controller he was insert an action script that i couldn't understand it....

simple controller is a wire from our morph modifier to joystick shape.. :D and i used controller because in may speed up my animation workflow.... :)

hi all i'ts been a long time didn't wrote some trash here.. :D
and today let me upload my screen shot of my dyno morphing progresmorphing progress.. :)

on the frist, i try very hard to morph this character because symetry of the model can't move on same vertexs, or if i did morph one side and make the other side wouldn't on same vertex ... XD and look not symetry and weird... so i thanks to polyboost fot the tool that's really help me to turn arround my morph target to other side... :D even i just used on trial version... X( but it really speed up my work.. thanks.. :)

In this week i have learn 1 of Principal Animation, yeah... pose to pose... from mr keith langao tutorial i learn that a good pose must have good story telling, and pose are construct by appeal and emotion. but every pose must can be illustration as singe frame. And a good pose must have line of action on that. beside line of action we must know to flow line. because all a part of the character can work together to lead the viewer eye to the story telling. and a most of viewer eye's must look at the face of the character. a good pose lead to the viewer eye's where they should be focusing for a given scene. plan and know it what will be given on your scene. if you dont know ask the director... :)

Video refrence, ok sometime when i working, i founded trouble how to imagine what the acting happen... so i usually take a video refrence... but sometime video refrence didn't suit with my imagination... [i dont like it] and that solution was i call my friend to hangging a handycam and i practice it by my self.. in that season you wil know how your muscle moving and your expression was...and that helped me to feel it how its character did... but you can see... i must got more and more learn again... XD
